Nicotine Replacement Therapy Poster
This poster is used to help illustrate the slow and low dose of nicotine received from Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) compared to smoking. The aim of the poster is to instil confidence in people to use enough NRT to treat their cravings. You are welcome to download and use this poster in your work.

How much are you spending?
The Northern Sydney Central Coast Area Health Service will be distributing this resource through community welfare organisations. It is an information card promoting the Quitline and showing smokers how much their smoking is costing them. It also includes a phone grip which can be attached to their mobile phone as a reminder.
